Bubble Effect

  1. Take a file of 12 by 10 inches (width-12 & height-10), resolution 72, mode RGB color with transparent background.
  2. Click D on the keyboard as to make fore-ground color black & back-ground color white as shown in (Fig.1).

  3. The third step is - Go to Filters-Render-Clouds and apply Ctrl + F command twice (Fig.2).

  4. The forth step is - Go to Filters-Stylize-Glowing Edges and apply the properties, Edge Width = 2 , Edge Brightness = 20 , Smoothness = 5 (Fig.3).

  5. Now go to Filters-Sketch-Plaster with image balance = 15 & smoothness = 2 (Fig.4).

  6. For the sixth step you will have to go Filters-Render-Lightning Effects, properties as shown in (Fig.5).

  7. Now your graphic will change to as shown in (Fig.6).

  8. After applying the lightning effects, next step is go to Filters-Sketch-Chrome and apply the properties, Detail = 10 , Smoothness = 10 (Fig.7).

  9. The final step go to Image-Adjustments-Hue/Saturation or instead of this you can give command Ctrl + U for Hue & Saturation (Fig.8).

  10. You will get the desired result as shown in (Fig.9).
