1. Take a file of 12 by 10 inches (width-12 & height-10), resolution 72, mode RGB color with white background..
2. Using rectangular marquee tool ( Fig.1 ), make a rectangle as shown in (Fig.2).

3. Using rectangular marquee tool ( Fig.1 ), again make a rectangle as shown in  (Fig.3).

4. Using horizontal type tool (Fig.4) , properties as shown in (Fig.5) type Air using black color (Fig.6) & adjust the font size accordingly.

5. You have written Air (Fig.6), now you have to copy the same layer by Ctrl + J (shortcut command) & move the copied layer little bit aside and change the color of same to white as shown in (Fig.7).

6. In the previous step you have copied the text layer & changed the color to white, now you have to change the Air to tel as shown in (Fig.8).

7. As you can see in layer palette, The icon of the layer named Air (Fig.9), now go to the menu layer-rasterize-type (Fig.10), then you will see the icon of the layer named Air will be changed to as shown in (Fig.11).

8. Now you have rasterized the layer named Air, your next step is to change the color of the dot above " i " from black to red of the layer named Air as shown in (Fig.12).

9. Now the final step, we have to write Express Yourself below Airtel LOGO, Using horizontal type tool (Fig.4) , properties as shown in (Fig.5), type Express Yourself using black color (Fig.13) & adjust the font size accordingly.
